Hi, I'm Hayley, a Nurse Practitioner and founder of HL Medical Aesthetics & Training Academy with over 16 years of clinical experience. After qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 2010 and gaining my prescribing rights in 2018, i transitioned my medical expertise into the aesthetics world in 2020.I created HL to provide safe, honest, confidence-building treatments and to train the next generation of skilled aesthetic practitioners.

My focus is on delivering natural-looking results, prioritising patient safety, and helping every client feel their best with confidence. Alongside treating clients, I am passionate about educating and mentoring future practitioners, helping to raise standards within the aesthetics industry.

My clinic at HL Medical Aesthetics, reflects this high-level clinical background — prioritising patient safety, medical integrity, and the 'natural, not noticed' aesthetic that only a decade of medical training can produce.
